Time to Justice in Tribunals is phenomenally high! A case filed today would see another 15 years before it could come up for hearing!!!

What makes this happen is the large number of cases and of course, the tribunals themselves who do not mind the delay. One should take note of the start and end time of the tribunals everyday to really see why the delay is happening in throwing out the cases since most of the cases are frivolous and are more a harassment of the tax assessee.
